Ideal Tools

Ideal Tools is located over at Spring Field Apartments, specifically in unit 201. Being in the Bhakti Complex in Kandarpada means we are right in the middle of a residential area in Dahisar West. It might seem a bit odd to have a tool business in an apartment building, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different hand tools and equipment that people need for their daily projects. The space is a bit tight sometimes with all the inventory stacked up, but we manage to keep track of where everything is. Mostly. My cousin helped me set up the shelves last year because the old ones were sagging under the weight of the metal parts. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the right stuff goes out to the right people. Living and working around Dahisar, you get to know the locals pretty well. They stop by, sometimes just to ask about a specific wrench or a drill bit they can't find elsewhere. It is a small operation, just a few of us making sure things go where they are supposed to. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It is just a regular door in the complex. We try to stay organized, but on busy days, there are boxes everywhere. That is just how it goes when you are busy. It isn't always pretty, but we get the orders out.
