Ideal Telecom

Our office is at A-5/1 on the Thanisandra Main Road, right in the Govandi Industrial Area. It’s a strange spot because it’s right between the busy road and the quieter industrial plots. Ideal Telecom has been here for a while. We aren't one of those big tech companies with glass walls and fancy carpets. We just have a basic office with some metal desks and a lot of wires hanging everywhere. Most of the time, we are out on service calls or trying to fix something that stopped working for a customer. The traffic on the main road is pretty bad during rush hour, so we try to leave early if we can manage it. We have a small kettle in the back for making coffee when we get a break. The walls could use a new coat of paint, I guess, but nobody really cares about that as long as the work gets done. We just focus on the daily tasks. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking at screens until our eyes get tired. Some of the guys who work here have been with me for years. We aren't looking to change much about how we operate. We just like being a reliable place where people can get their stuff sorted. Sometimes customers come in looking lost, and we help them out. It’s a simple setup. Not much to look at, but we are here every day from morning till evening.
