Ideal Telecom

Ideal Telecom is a small shop located in Borivali East. We have been sitting here at number 2 for a while now, right in the middle of everything. Borivali is a fast place, and people are always in a rush to get to the station or back home. Our shop is where they stop for a minute to get their phones fixed or to buy a new SIM card. It is a simple setup with a glass counter and some stools for people to sit on if they have to wait. We deal with recharges and basic repairs mostly. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when three or four people come in at once, and it feels very small. We don't have a lot of decorations or bright lights. It’s just a place to get your mobile issues sorted out. Being in Borivali East means we see all kinds of people every day. We try to keep things organized, but with all the small parts and wires, it can get a bit messy behind the desk. We are just a local business trying to help the neighborhood stay connected. Most of our customers are regulars who live in the buildings nearby. They know us by name, and we know what they usually need. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the city. We just want to keep the shop running and serve the people who walk through that door every day. It’s a steady life here.
