You can find Ideal Surgicals right over at Sri Krishna Bhawan, which is C-71 on the Parel Akurli Road. It’s directly opposite Kmp Hospital, so there is always a lot of movement outside with ambulances and people coming and going at all hours. Being so close to a hospital means we see a lot of different faces every day. The shop itself is a bit cramped because we have to keep so much stock on the shelves. Sometimes boxes are stacked a bit high, but we know where everything is. It’s not the kind of place with fancy lighting or a big reception desk. We just have our counters and the supplies we handle. Working on Akurli Road means dealing with the traffic and the noise, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. Most of the people who come in are looking for specific things for the hospital across the way. We don't spend money on big signs or flyers because being right here in Parel is usually enough for people to notice us. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. There’s no big corporate team here, just us trying to keep things moving and making sure the orders are ready when someone stops by. It’s a bit dusty sometimes with the road construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town.
