We are based in Thakur Village, Kandivali East, right in the Oberoi Garden complex. Our unit is 1404 B. Mumbai is always a bit cramped and busy, but Thakur Village has its own rhythm that’s a little different from the rest of the city. We’ve been using this space for Ibm India Pvt Ltd for a while. It’s a high-floor office, so we get a decent view of the area, though we spend most of our time looking at our screens. The office is essentially a large apartment that’s been fitted out with office furniture. It’s comfortable but definitely not a corporate showroom. We have our servers and our desks, and that’s about it. Getting here can be a challenge if the Western Express Highway is backed up, but most of us are used to the Mumbai commute by now. We try to keep things fairly informal. There’s no strict dress code or anything like that unless we have someone important coming by, which isn't very often. Most of the time, it’s just the same group of us working through our projects. We like being in Kandivali because everything you need is right here in the village. It’s a self-contained little world. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and make sure everything is running as it should be. It’s a solid place to spend the workday and we like the vibe.
