Iasis Hospital

If you find yourself in Evershine City, you have probably passed by Iasis Hospital without thinking too much about it. We are tucked into this part of Vasai East, and it is a fairly active neighborhood. There are shops nearby and plenty of people walking around at all hours. Our building isn't the newest one on the block, but we keep it tidy and functional. Inside, the floors have that specific smell of cleaning supplies that you find in almost every medical place. We spend our shifts walking back and forth between the different rooms. It can be tiring on the feet, but that is just how it goes for us. The waiting room fills up pretty quickly in the mornings. We have some old magazines on the table and a clock that ticks a little too loudly when the room is quiet. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We are just local people working at a hospital in Vasai East. Sometimes the power goes out for a second and the generator kicks in, which is just part of living and working around here. We know the neighbors and they know us. It is a straightforward setup. We focus on the tasks at hand, whether that is checking someone’s temperature or updating a paper chart. It is not fancy, but it is where we spend our days and we try to do it right.
