Our office, I Snc Lavalin Engineering Pvt, is located in Nashik. We are over in Ambad at Plot No 9, right across from the Vikhe Patil School in Vrindawannagar. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the school is. The area is quite busy during school hours with parents and kids everywhere, which brings a lot of life to the street. We’ve got a team here that focuses on engineering projects. It’s not always the most glamorous work. A lot of it involves checking numbers and making sure everything meets the specific requirements of the job. We use the space we have as best as we can. It’s a practical setup with basic desks and a small area for meetings. Nashik is a good place to be based, especially with all the industrial growth happening in Ambad lately. We see a lot of people passing through this part of Maharashtra for business. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because we’d rather focus on the actual projects we are paid to do. Sometimes we stay late when a big deadline is coming up. The local shops nearby are where we usually get our snacks and afternoon tea. It’s a very local feel here. We’re just a group of people who enjoy solving technical problems and being part of the community in Vrindawannagar. We don't have a big corporate philosophy, we just show up and do the work that is in front of us.
