I P Roadlines

Our office is on the 7th Cross at Poona Street, inside Doshi Chamber. Room 507 is where we sit. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We work in the transport line, mostly moving goods across the state. It is a family-run thing and we have been in this building for quite a few years now. The street outside is always full of handcarts and people loading stuff. It can be quite a struggle to find parking around here. We spend our days coordinating with drivers and making sure the trucks are loaded properly. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just move things from one place to another. Most of our clients are people we have known for a long time. They call us, we give them a price, and we get the job done. The office has old wooden desks and lots of ledgers. We haven't moved everything to computers yet because the old way still works for us. Sometimes the phone rings all day long with people asking about their deliveries. It gets stressful when there are delays on the highway, but that is part of the life we chose. We usually have some tea and snacks while we sort out the schedules for the next day. It is just a regular transport office in a very busy part of town.
