You’ll find Hotspot at Shop No 6 on the ground floor of a building in the Opera House area. Specifically, we are at K M Lane 38, near the S P Road Cross. It’s a very busy part of town, famous for all kinds of shops and businesses. Our place is small but we pack it with gadgets and various electronic items. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the lanes, but it’s worth the walk once you find us. We mostly deal with mobile phones and small electronics. The shop is usually bustling with people looking for deals or getting their devices looked at by us. We have a small workbench in the back where we do some quick fixes. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the constant traffic on S P Road, but we’re used to the noise by now. We’ve been at this location for quite a while. The walls are covered in posters for different phone brands, and there are boxes stacked everywhere. We don't have a corporate office or a big HR department. It’s just a few of us who know a bit about technology and how to fix things. We try to be straightforward with anyone who walks in. If a phone is too old to fix, we tell them honestly. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to push products. We’re just a local shop in a busy lane trying to keep up with all the new gadgets coming out every month. It’s hard work, but we like being in the middle of all the action at Opera House.
