Hotspot Outlets

Hotspot Outlets is tucked away on 28th Main in Mulund West. It's a decent spot, number 12, right where people usually pass by on their way home. We've been operating out of this space for a couple of years now. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the inventory and a small counter. Mostly, it’s just the three of us taking turns behind the counter throughout the week. The mornings are usually slow, so we spend that time cleaning up or checking what’s left in the back room. Mulund is a busy neighborhood, so by the time evening rolls around, the street gets packed. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s nice to know the people who live nearby. Sometimes we run out of things and have to tell customers to come back tomorrow, which isn't ideal but happens. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just trying to keep the doors open and do a good job for the folks who come in. The lights in the back flicker sometimes, and the floor has some scratches from moving heavy boxes, but it works for us. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. If you need us, you just come to the shop on 28th Main. It’s straightforward. We keep it honest and just do our daily work without making a big fuss about it. That's just how we do things here and it seems to work out for everyone involved.
