Hotel Suncity Residency

Hotel Suncity Residency is located over on 16th Road in the MIDC Marol area of Andheri (East). This is a pretty industrial part of the city, so there are always trucks and cars moving around outside. We are right in the middle of all that activity in the 400093 area. Most of the folks who stay with us are here for work in the MIDC, which makes sense given where we are. It’s not exactly a vacation destination, but it’s very convenient for people who have business in the local offices and factories. The building itself is tucked away on 16th Road. We try to keep the inside as comfortable as we can, even though the neighborhood is quite busy and loud. We have rooms that fit different needs, whether someone is alone or traveling with a colleague. We don't have a big corporate office running things; it’s just the staff here on the ground. We handle the bookings, clean the floors, and make sure the lights stay on. It’s a lot of manual work. People like being close to the airport and the metro, which aren't too far from this part of Andheri. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't promise anything besides a room and a bit of help with your bags if we’re around the front desk when you arrive. It’s just how we run things here.
