Hotel Shri Bholenath

We’ve been running Hotel Shri Bholenath in Vile Parle East for quite some time now. It is just a regular spot on the street where people stop by when they are hungry. The building isn't brand new or anything, and sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but it works. Vile Parle East is always busy with people heading to the station or coming back from work, so we see a lot of different faces every day. We start setting things up early in the morning before the sun is even fully up. There is a lot of cleaning to do and getting the kitchen ready for the first rush. It gets pretty warm inside during the afternoons, especially near the back where all the cooking happens. We have a few tables that have seen better days, but they serve their purpose. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from the nearby offices or shops. They don't expect anything fancy, just a place to sit for a few minutes and eat something. Sometimes we run out of things toward the end of the day, and that is just how it goes. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us handling the orders and making sure the floor stays mostly clean. It is hard work and my back usually aches by the time we close up, but this is the business we have here in Vile Parle East.
