Hotel Shree Ganesh Bhuvan

Our place is in the Jai Ambe Building on K.K. Road in Byculla. We are very close to the S Bridge, which is a landmark most people in this part of Mumbai know well. The area around here is always full of activity, especially with the trains nearby and people commuting to work. The building itself is an older one, typical of the Byculla area. It has seen better days, but it is solid and stays dry when the heavy rains hit Mumbai in the monsoon. We are just a small business trying to keep things running in a busy city. There are no fancy uniforms or corporate rules here. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. The noise from K.K. Road is something you just get used to after a while. You can hear the taxis and the people shouting to each other all through the day. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure things are in order for the people who come in. Being near the bridge means we get a lot of foot traffic from people walking towards the station. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local spot in a working-class neighborhood. Sometimes it’s a struggle with the traffic and the heat, but we’ve been here a long time and we know how to handle it. It is just a normal, everyday business in the 400027 area.
