Hotel Shiv Chhaya

Hotel Shiv Chhaya is located inside the A C Market in Chembur. It is a busy spot with lots of shops and people moving around all day long. We aren't a big luxury hotel with a lobby and a fountain. We are more of a practical place for people who need a spot to stay or eat while they are in the Chembur area. The rooms are basic, and we spend a lot of our time making sure the linens are clean and the fans are working. Being inside the market means it can get a bit noisy during the day, but it quietens down once the shops close. We have a small kitchen that handles the food. It is mostly local dishes that we know how to make well. We don't have a professional chef in a white hat; it is just us cooking what we like. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we focus more on keeping things functional. Many of our guests are regulars who come to the A C Market for business. We know many of them by name. It is a straightforward operation. We don't have a website with fancy photos. What you see when you walk in is exactly what you get. It is a bit of a maze getting to us sometimes if you don't know the market well, but once you find us, we will do our best to help you out.
