Hotel Shaan

The address for Hotel Shaan is a bit confusing on paper, mentioning both Kemps Corner and Indiranagar, but we are right here in the Shaan Chambers. It’s a busy part of the city. We’ve been here at 62/C for a long time now. The building is a bit of a mix of offices and our rooms. Most of the time, it’s just us trying to keep the hallways clean while the city noise goes on outside. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we’re usually behind the desk or fixing something in one of the rooms. The 13th G Main gets a lot of foot traffic. We see regular faces from the neighborhood all the time. Our rooms are basic because we think people just need a bed and a roof. We do our own maintenance mostly. If a tap leaks, one of us gets the wrench. It’s just how we run things. The weather in the city is always humid, so we are constantly dealing with that. We don't have any big marketing team or anything. It's just a local business. People find us because they know the area or saw the name Shaan on the building. We just keep the keys ready and make sure the sheets are washed every single morning without fail. It is a lot of work but we have gotten used to the pace of this neighborhood.
