Hotel Premdeep Booking Office

This is the booking office for Hotel Premdeep, located at B/19 in the Ramgiri Paradise building. We are in Dadar West, which is a very active part of Mumbai. Being near Shiv Sena Bhavan makes it easy for people to find us. This isn't the hotel itself, just where we handle the paperwork and the reservations. The office is small and filled with files and a couple of old desks. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who walk in from Trinity Medows Road. The area around here is always loud with cars and people walking to the market. Billandur Village and the nearby lanes are quite narrow, so parking is always a headache for us. We started this office to help people get their rooms sorted before they travel further out. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to write everything down in ledgers like the old days. My nephew helps me with the computer work when he is not at school. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The office has a big window facing the street, so we watch the world go by while we work. It’s a simple operation and we don’t have any fancy uniforms or corporate rules. We just try to get the bookings right so nobody has trouble when they reach their destination in the end. It’s mostly just keeping track of dates and names for the guests.
