Hotel Palm Beach

Our hotel, Hotel Palm Beach, is tucked inside Rohit Apartment. We are located behind Juhu Re Juhu 8, in the Kailash Society. If you know where the JW Marriott is, we are right opposite that, in the 400049 area. It is a bit of a hidden spot because we are inside a residential society. Juhu is a very busy place, but being back here in Kailash Society makes it feel a little different. We have a small operation. It is mostly just family and a couple of helpers. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy entrance. You just come into the apartment building and find us. We spend our days making sure the rooms are aired out and the water tanks are full. Being near the beach means the air is salty, which can be tough on the building. We are always painting or fixing something to keep the salt from ruining the walls. We don't have any big marketing plans. Most people find us because they want to stay in Juhu without the big hotel prices. We are just regular people living and working in Mumbai. We see the big cars going to the Marriott across the street while we go about our chores. It is a quiet life compared to the main road. We just try to be decent neighbors and keep our small business running as best as we can every day.
