Jilani Impex

You can find us right in the lobby area of the Oberoi Towers. We are at Shop L-26. It’s a different kind of vibe being in a hotel building. It is always clean and the air conditioning is usually working well, which is a plus in this heat. Jilani Impex has been here for a while. We see a lot of people passing by but we mostly focus on our own regular clients. We do a mix of things, mostly related to trade and moving goods. It's a small shop space, so we can't keep too much inventory on hand. Most of our work is done on the computer or over the phone. Since we are in the lobby, we have to keep things looking somewhat decent. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us making sure orders are filled. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely in the shop when business is slow, but usually, there is enough to keep us occupied. We know the hotel staff pretty well by now. Dealing with imports and exports from a location like this is convenient for meetings. We don't put on any airs. We just do the work and try to be honest with everyone we deal with. It's a practical way to run a business. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy for people to look at.
