Hotel Miramar Booking Office

This isn't actually the hotel itself; it’s our booking office located in Shop No 8 at Evershine Mall. We’re in Malad West, right near the Hanuman Temple. It’s a small shop tucked into the mall. Most people come here when they are planning a trip or need to sort out their stay at our main property. The mall is usually pretty busy, especially on weekends, so it’s a lively place to work. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers and ledgers. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s more like a regular local shop where we sit and talk to people. Sometimes the mall's air conditioning is a bit too cold, and other times it doesn't work at all, but we just get on with it. We’ve been in this spot in 400064 for a bit, and people in the neighborhood know us. We spend our time answering the phone, writing down bookings, and explaining how to get to the hotel. It’s just a simple setup. There are no big slogans here. We just handle the paperwork and try to make sure we don’t double-book the rooms. If you’re walking past the temple and head into the mall, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s just a small part of the bigger business, run by a couple of us who know the ropes and have been doing this for years.
