Hotel Midland

We are located in Santacruz East, right on Jawaharlal Nehru Road. Being so close to the railway station is the main thing about our spot. You can hear the trains if you listen closely, which some people don't like, but it makes it very easy to get around Mumbai. We’ve been running Hotel Midland for quite a while now. The building has that typical Santacruz look—a bit weathered from the rain and the city air. Inside, we have a bunch of rooms spread out over a couple of floors. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy art on the walls. We mostly just have the essentials. The staff here are used to people checking in late at night or early in the morning because of the trains. We try to keep the place clean, but with so many people coming in and out of 400055, it’s a constant job. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us answering the phone and showing people to their rooms. Sometimes the Wi-Fi acts up or the water pressure is a bit low on the top floor, but we do what we can to fix it quickly. It’s a practical place for people who have business in the area or just need to be near the station. We just focus on the day-to-day things and try to keep everything running. It’s simple but it works for us and our guests.
