Hotel Maharana Inn

Hotel Maharana Inn is located over in Chembur East, specifically in the 400074 area. We are part of the Maharana Inn Resorts Private L setup. It’s an older part of the neighborhood, and the street outside can be a bit cramped with cars and people walking to work. The building has a few floors and we try to keep the lobby area clear so people can walk through. It isn't a quiet resort like you might find out in the countryside; it is very much in the middle of Mumbai life. We have staff who have been here for years, and they know the routine of cleaning and fixing things as they break. The rooms have basic furniture, maybe a chair and a cupboard for clothes. We don't do anything special for breakfast, but the local shops around Chembur East have good snacks. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit loud, but it keeps the humidity away. We get families staying here and also people who are in the city for hospital visits or small jobs. It’s just a regular place to stay. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights, just the name on the front. We spend a lot of time just managing the daily tasks like laundry and answering the phone when it rings. It’s honest work and we just keep the place open for anyone who needs a room in this part of town for a few days.
