Hotel Mahabaleshwar Bar & Restaurant

Hotel Mahabaleshwar Bar & Restaurant is situated on Tardeo Road in Mumbai, right near the Sodo Centre Mall and the Film Centre. It’s a very central spot in the 400034 area, and things stay busy here until very late at night. We have both the hotel part and the bar, so there is always a mix of people coming and going. The bar usually gets a good crowd in the evenings after people finish their work in the city. It’s a bit loud sometimes because of the music and the traffic on Tardeo Road, but that’s just how Mumbai is. We don't try to act like we are a fancy lounge; it’s just a regular place where you can get a drink and a room. We spend a lot of our time making sure the kitchen is stocked and the tables are wiped down. The staff has been around for years and they know most of the regulars who come in for a beer. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when it gets crowded, but we make it work. The rooms are upstairs and are kept separate from the noise of the bar as much as possible. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. People come here because they know us or they just saw the sign while walking past the mall. It’s just a normal Mumbai business that has been part of the Tardeo scene for a while.
