Hotel King'S International

Being at number 5 on Juhu Tara Road means we deal with a lot of salt air and humidity. Hotel King’S International has been part of this Juhu neighborhood for a while now. The 400049 area is always moving, with cars and people heading toward the beach. We aren’t one of those massive glass towers you see in the magazines. Our building has some character and maybe a few scuffs here and there from years of guests coming through the doors. We spend a good chunk of our day dealing with the usual stuff like plumbing or making sure the air conditioning is actually working like it should. It’s a lot of manual work. The lobby is where most of the action happens, especially when the rain starts pouring down during monsoon season. We see all sorts of travelers, from families to people just in town for a few days of work. We don't put on airs here. We just provide a room and a key. Sometimes the sand from the beach gets tracked in no matter how much we sweep the floors. The elevator is a bit old and makes a humming noise, but it gets you where you need to go. We just keep the lights on and wait for the next person to check in. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if the name sounds big. We just focus on the basic things.
