Hotel Juhu Plaza (Unit Of Sands Hotel Pvt. Ltd.)

Hotel Juhu Plaza is located at 39/2, right by Juhu Beach. We are part of the Sands Hotel Pvt. Ltd. unit, but mostly we just think of ourselves as a local spot by the water. Being so close to Juhu Beach means there is always sand and salt in the air. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, and the street outside 39/2 is almost never quiet. You can hear the ocean if the wind is right and the traffic isn't too loud. We’ve been operating here for quite a long time. The building shows its age sometimes, but we do what we can to keep it up. We have a lot of staff who have been here through many seasons. We don’t go in for all those fancy marketing phrases you see online. We’re just a hotel where people stay when they want to be near the beach without making things too difficult. It’s a lot of work keeping a place clean when the beach is right there, but we have a good routine. People come here for the location mostly. We just focus on getting the rooms ready and making sure the water is running and the lights are on. It’s a straightforward business. We see all kinds of people, from tourists to folks here for movies. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
