You can find us at 43, Pochkhanwalla Road in the Worli Seaface area. It’s a well-known part of Mumbai, right near the water. The sea breeze is one of the main things you notice when you stand outside our front door. The road can get very busy with cars and people going to work, but the sea stays the same. Our building is a bit older, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We have a small team here, and some of us have been working in this building for a long time. We aren’t a fancy corporation; we are just a group of people keeping the place running. Every day starts early with cleaning the lobby and checking the guest list. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and the people who walk along the seaface. The salty air is tough on the paint, so there is always something that needs a bit of a touch-up. We don't have any big fancy speeches about what we do. We just make sure the rooms are ready and the lights are on. It’s a practical way to live and work. When the monsoon hits, we spend our time making sure everything stays dry. It’s just how things go when you are located this close to the ocean. We just take it one day at a time here in Worli, keeping an eye on the tide and the traffic.
