Hotel Godwin

We are located at 41, Garden Road in the Colaba area. The 400001 zip code is one of the busiest parts of the city. Hotel Godwin has been here for years and we have seen a lot of things change in Colaba. The street outside is usually full of people and cars but Garden Road is a bit more tucked away than the main strips. We aren't a big chain with fancy offices. We are just a local place where we do the work ourselves. Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. We don't have any polished advertisements or slogans. We just try to keep the place running as well as we can. Some days the elevator is a bit slow or the wifi acts up but we just deal with it. It is a real place with real problems and real people. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. We don't think about things like customer experience in a corporate way. We just treat people like they are guests in our own house. Colaba is a vibrant place and being at number 41 puts us right in the thick of it. We are just here doing our jobs and living our lives. If you need a place to stay while you are in this part of town we are usually here at the desk.
