Hotel Arma Residency

Hotel Arma Residency is located right in the Sakinaka area, at 74/P, across from Andromeda House. If you know Mumbai at all, you know this part of the city never really stops moving. It is a crowded neighborhood, but that makes it very convenient for getting to the airport or catching a rickshaw at any hour. We started this place because there was a need for simple rooms that didn't cost a fortune in this part of town. The building isn't new, and we are constantly fixing little things here and there, like a leaky tap or a loose tile on the floor. It is just the way it is in an old building in a humid city. We have a small team working here, and most of us take turns doing different jobs. One day I might be handling the check-ins at the desk, and the next day I’m helping the cleaners with the laundry. It is a practical spot for a short stay. We don't have a gym or a swimming pool, just rooms with the basics you need for a night or two. The street noise is part of the experience here, though we try to keep the windows shut tight to help. We’ve had all sorts of people stay with us, from workers to students. It is a no-frills kind of life at the 400072 pin code. We mostly just focus on keeping the beds made and the fans working for our guests.
