Hospital Consultancy

Our small office is tucked away in the Marol area of Andheri East. We’ve been working as hospital consultants for a long time now. People usually come to us when they are trying to figure out how to run their medical facility better or if they are starting something new. It’s not a big corporate operation. We’re just a few people who know how hospitals work from the inside. We spend our days looking at spreadsheets, talking to hospital owners, and trying to solve problems. Marol is a pretty active area, so there’s always noise coming from the street, but we don’t mind. We don't have a flashy website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people recommending us to others in the health sector. We deal with a lot of paperwork and government rules that hospitals have to follow. It’s not the most exciting work to hear about, but it’s important for keeping things running right. We try to give practical advice that actually works, not just stuff from a textbook. Sometimes we visit the hospitals ourselves to see how things are going on the ground. It’s just honest work helping doctors and managers keep their doors open and their patients cared for. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry over the years and we just keep adapting to them.
