We are located near the Santacruz (W) bus depot, right on the main S.V. Road. It’s a very central spot in Mumbai. If you know the Khira Nagar area, we are just a short walk from there. S.V. Road is always buzzing with traffic and people going to work. Being near the bus depot means there are always people coming and going. This treatment center has been operating from this location for quite a while. The building is easy to spot from the road. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street outside, which is good. We don't have a lot of flashy signs or anything corporate. It’s a practical place. People come here for serious reasons, so we just focus on doing our jobs. The staff knows the area well; many of us take the same buses or trains as everyone else. We see the rain come down hard during the monsoon and the heat in the summer. It’s just part of being in this city. We don't try to sound like a big fancy hospital. We are just a place in a busy part of town. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily routine. We check the schedules, see the people who come in, and make sure things are handled. It’s a straightforward way of working in a busy neighborhood.
