We’ve been here at Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Lower Parel has changed a lot around us, with all the big malls and glass buildings going up, but our spot in the Dhanraak Mill Compound stays pretty much the same. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the neighboring units. We mostly spend our days dealing with the technical side of things, looking at systems and trying to get everything to run right. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical workspace where we can focus on what needs doing. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road gets really bad, so we just stay late to finish up. Our team is small, mostly just locals who know the area well. We’ve got desks piled with papers and some old equipment in the corner that we still use. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. People drop by sometimes to ask for advice on parts or just to see how things are going. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Being in unit 243 means we’re tucked away a bit, which is nice when things get too hectic outside. It’s just how we operate here. We don't mind the old walls or the flickering lights. It’s home for us.
