Hind Roadways Ltd

Hind Roadways Ltd is tucked away in Vardhman Chambers, specifically at 412/127/C on Kalyan Street. It is a very busy part of the city, and the street outside is almost always crowded with people and carts moving back and forth. Our office is up in the chambers, so it is a bit quieter than the street level, but you still hear the city hum coming through the windows. I have been working here for years and I still sometimes take the wrong turn in the hallway because there are so many doors in this building. The structure is older, but it has a lot of character and history to it. Kalyan Street is one of those places where everyone seems to be doing some kind of business at all hours. We spend most of our time on the phones or dealing with the drivers who come in to pick up their assignments. It is not a very big space, but we have enough room for the desks and the filing cabinets which are overflowing with old records. I like being in Vardhman Chambers because there are some good places to grab a quick snack nearby. Dealing with transport means things can get a bit chaotic when a shipment is delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a practical setup for what we do. Nothing fancy, just a few rooms where we keep the wheels turning for the business. People find us because of the address, and we stay because it works.
