Hilton Towers Mumbai

We've been here at Nariman Point for quite a while now. It's a busy part of Mumbai, right by the water, and we see a lot of people coming through for work or just to see the city. The building is tall, so you get a good look at the ocean from most of the rooms. We keep things running as best as we can, making sure the rooms are tidy and the staff knows where everything is. It’s a big place, so there’s always something going on, whether it's someone checking in late or a meeting happening in one of the rooms downstairs. We don't try to be anything we're not, just a place to stay when you're in this part of town. The area around us is full of offices and some good spots to walk by the sea in the evening when it cools down a bit. Sometimes the lobby gets crowded when a big group arrives, but that’s just how it is here. We have different floors for different needs, and the elevators stay pretty busy. Most people like being close to the main business bits of the city. We just focus on getting the basics right, like clean sheets and a working phone. It’s a solid spot if you need to be near the center of things. I guess that's really all there is to it.
