Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort

This is the Mumbai office for the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort. We are located at 801/Cosmos on N.S. Road 3. Even though the actual resort is a long way away across the ocean, we do the work from right here in Maharashtra. It is a regular office setup in a building called Cosmos. We spend most of our time on emails and talking to people about their upcoming travel plans. It can be a bit strange working for a beach resort while looking out at the busy, dusty streets of Mumbai, but that is just how the business goes for us. The office is usually busy with phones ringing and people trying to sort out various reservations. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or try to sound overly polished. We just try to get the details right so nobody has problems when they finally get to the beach. The traffic on N.S. Road is usually pretty heavy, so we are well used to the constant noise of horns. It’s a practical workplace where we sit at our desks and handle the logistics. We aren't out there on the sand ourselves; we are here in the city making sure the backend stuff is handled properly. It involves a lot of paperwork and digital files. We keep things simple and just focus on making sure every booking is recorded correctly in our system every day.
