Hfx Spa & Salon

We are right on Chapel Road in Bandra West, inside a building called Pearl Heaven. It’s number 7. If you know this part of Bandra, you know the streets are narrow and always full of life. Hfx Spa & Salon is a small spot where we do hair, nails, and things like that. It’s not one of those massive, glitzy salons you see in malls. We have a few chairs, some big mirrors, and the smell of shampoo and hairspray is always in the air. The floor usually has some hair clippings waiting to be swept up. We’ve got a small staff, and we all know the regulars who come in every few weeks. It gets quite loud with everyone talking and the hair dryers going at the same time. We don't have a fancy booking system; we mostly just write things down in a big diary on the counter. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low, or we run out of clean towels faster than expected, but we manage. People like coming here because it’s easy and we’re right in the neighborhood. We see the same faces walking past the window every day. It’s a cozy little space, maybe a bit cramped when it’s raining and everyone crowds inside. We just keep things simple and do the work. It’s a local Bandra shop through and through, with all the usual chaos that comes with it. We’ve been here for years and it feels like home.
