Heavy Cargo Movers

Heavy Cargo Movers is a small operation located at 102 Baroda Street, which is inside the Bharat Chamber building. If you are familiar with the Gota Road area, you already know how hectic it can be with all the trucks and the dust from the constant road construction projects. Our office space is pretty simple, consisting of some heavy wooden tables and a few older computers that still get the job done. Since we deal with moving heavy loads, the floors are covered in scuff marks from boots and various pieces of equipment being dragged across the room. The walls are mostly bare except for a few old calendars and a whiteboard where we scribble down notes. Bharat Chamber is an older building where most of the tenants have known each other for years, so we often spend a few minutes chatting with the neighbors while we wait for the local tea seller to make his rounds in the afternoon. It gets quite hot in the office after midday, and the ceiling fan has a steady clicking sound that you eventually stop noticing after a while. We do not go in for anything fancy or decorative here; we just focus on making sure the cargo gets to where it is supposed to be. Sometimes the phone lines are busy all morning and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic on the street below. It is just a regular place where we work hard until it is time to go home.
