Hawkins Cookers Limited

We are located up on the 10th floor of Maker Towers in F-101, right in the Cuffe Parade area. Being at Hawkins Cookers Limited means we see a lot of the city from up here. The elevators in Maker Towers are usually busy with people from all the different offices, and there is always a bit of a wait. Our office isn't like those modern startups with bean bags and ping-pong tables. It feels more like a place where real work has been happening for decades. The desks are heavy, and the windows give us a view of the sea and the Mumbai skyline. It’s quiet up here compared to the chaos down on the streets of Cuffe Parade. We have a lot of long-time employees who have spent their whole careers in these rooms. The kitchen area is always busy because we take our cooking seriously even during lunch breaks. We don't have any flashy advertisements on the walls inside; it is mostly just calendars and old photos of the factory. It’s a serious place to work but in a very grounded, old-school Mumbai way. Sometimes the sea breeze makes it through the vents, and you can smell the salt in the air. We just come in, do our work, and watch the ships out in the harbor. It’s a solid place to spend the day, and we’ve grown very used to the view from the 10th floor.
