We operate out of Bora Bazar Street in the Fort area of Mumbai. It’s an old, busy part of town, and our office is on the ground floor of Dady House, plot 120. It’s a bit of an unusual mix, handling both renewable energy and hospital-related work, but that’s just how we started out. Mumbai is a fast-paced city, and being right here in Fort puts us in the thick of it. The building has that classic Mumbai feel, and the street outside is always humming with people and traffic. We aren't some giant conglomerate with hundreds of floors; we just have our space on the ground floor where we get our work done. Some days we are looking at energy projects, and other days we are focusing on the hospital side of things. It keeps us busy, that’s for sure. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look polished. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years or folks who have business in the Fort area. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. There’s always tea going and papers moving around. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we like the history of the neighborhood. It feels like the real Mumbai down here. We just show up every morning and deal with whatever needs doing in energy or healthcare. It's simple enough for us.
