Haryana Tempo Carriers

If you go to Poona Street and look for Sterling Chambers, you will find us on the third floor in room 302. Haryana Tempo Carriers is basically a small office where we coordinate trucks and tempos. It is mostly just phones, ledgers, and a lot of maps. We spend the day talking to drivers and making sure goods are moving from one place to another. It can be a headache when a truck gets stuck in traffic or breaks down, which happens more than I would like. We do not have a huge fleet of our own, but we work with a lot of regular drivers who know the routes well. The office gets a bit cramped with all the files and the smell of old paper. We have been in this building for years. Poona Street is always crowded, so getting in and out can be a bit of a challenge. We do not have a fancy website or anything. Most of our business comes from people we have known for a decade. They call up, tell us what needs to go where, and we figure out the logistics. It is not glamorous work, just making sure boxes and crates get delivered. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the only thing that keeps us going during the busy morning rush. We just try to keep the schedules as tight as possible despite the chaos on the roads. Logistics is just about keeping things moving.
