Harshad Roadways

Working at Harshad Roadways means spending a lot of time down at 134 Masjid. We are located inside the Har Har Mahadev Industrial Estate, which is always a hive of activity from early morning until late at night. You can hear the constant noise of machines and trucks moving throughout the day. Our spot in the estate is easy to find once you get past the main gate and navigate through the narrow lanes. It is a very busy area for transport and logistics. I usually get here before the sun is fully up to start organizing the paperwork for the day’s routes. The industrial estate has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always someone to talk to during a quick tea break. Being in Masjid makes it easy for us to connect with the different trade routes in the city. We do not have any big flashy signs or anything like that, just a functional space where we handle the loading and unloading. Some of the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy moving things around to worry about that right now. It is a bit dusty and loud, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Most of our regulars just know to look for the Har Har Mahadev sign and they find us eventually. It’s a honest day's work and we have been here long enough that the place feels like home.
