Our office is up on the third floor, Office No 30 in the Vindhyachal building. We are located in Mulund West, right in that stretch between the MSEB substation and Saint Gregorias High School. It’s a busy enough spot, especially when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. We’ve been here at Harsha Shipping Agency for quite some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up. Shipping involves a lot of paperwork, so we’re usually buried in that. You can hear the hum of the substation sometimes if it’s a quiet day. We usually get in early to start on the emails and coordination. It’s just a small team of us here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. We just talk to people like normal. The building has an elevator that works most of the time, which is good because 301 is a bit of a climb. We like it here in Mulund because it’s easy for everyone to get to. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets backed up, but we’re tucked away enough that it’s not too bad inside. We just focus on getting the cargo moving and making sure the documents are right. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just take things one day at a time and do our jobs.
