Hanuman Hotel Bar & Restaurant

Hanuman Hotel Bar & Restaurant is located in Mhatre Wadi, specifically in the Amrut Co-operative Housing society area on S G Barve Road in Kurla East. It’s a solid spot that’s been around for the locals for quite a bit. We serve food and drinks, mostly to the people who live in the buildings nearby. It’s the kind of place where you know most of the customers by their first name. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, not like those fancy bars you see in the city. We have regular tables and a bar area where people can just sit and unwind after a long day at work. I’m usually around making sure the kitchen is moving and the orders are getting out. It gets pretty loud on Friday and Saturday nights when everyone is out, but that’s to be expected. S G Barve Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of traffic passing by our doors. We try to keep the place feeling comfortable for everyone. The menu is just straightforward stuff that we know how to make well. We don't do anything too experimental. It’s just about having a place in Kurla East where you can get a meal and a drink without any fuss. I spend a lot of my time talking to the regulars and hearing about their days. It’s more than just a business to us, it’s where we spend all our time. We just keep things running as best as we can.
