If you head over to Asalpha Village in Ghatkopar West, you’ll find us at Gala No 1. We’re right across from Odhav Ram Market, which makes it easy to spot if you know the area. The shop isn't very large, but we fit everything we need inside. We’ve been handling communication stuff for a while now. It’s mostly about phones, repairs, and keeping people connected. It gets pretty crowded in here some afternoons when everyone finishes work. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. There’s always a pile of devices waiting on the back bench. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive from Reay Road or elsewhere, so things might sit for a bit. We try to be honest about how long it’ll take. It’s a noisy neighborhood with the market right there, so there's always something going on outside. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop where people can walk in. It's a simple life for us. We open up, see who needs help with their tech, and go from there. The lighting inside could be better, but we have our desk lamps for the small stuff. People around Asalpha and Reay Road know us by name mostly. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss.
