Our office is situated over by Mallappa Hill. It’s a bit of a specific location, but once you’ve been here, you don't forget it easily. We work in the offshore sector, which sounds a lot more glamorous than it actually is on a daily basis. Most of the time, it’s just a lot of logistics, coordination, and making sure the equipment is where it needs to be when the ships arrive. We handle various tasks related to sea-based operations, even though our main office is here on land. The atmosphere is pretty focused and can get a bit serious. We have a lot of paperwork because of all the safety rules and maritime laws we have to follow. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of decorations or fancy furniture. It’s a practical space for practical work. The team has been around the block a few times, so we know how things go when things get complicated. We don't spend time on fancy presentations or marketing. If the job gets done and everyone is safe, that’s a good day for us. Being near Mallappa Hill gives us a bit of a view when we take a break, but we are usually too busy looking at spreadsheets or talking to people on the radio to notice it. We’ve been operating this way for years. It’s a tough industry, but we’ve found our rhythm. Just a bunch of people doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes of offshore projects.
