H. Vishram & Co.

We are located in Haridas Mansion at 91 Kazi Syed Street. This is right in the heart of Masjid, which is one of the busiest parts of the city. H. Vishram & Co. has been here for a long time, and the building shows its age. The streets outside are very narrow and always packed with handcarts, delivery men, and people rushing to the station. It’s a very old-school way of doing business. You can smell spices and old paper in the air. Our office is on an upper floor and the wooden stairs creak when you walk up. We don't have air conditioning in every room, so we use ceiling fans that have been spinning for decades. We do our work on old desks piled with ledgers and files. It’s a crowded space but we know where everything is. The noise from Kazi Syed Street never really stops until very late at night. We deal with people who have been coming to us for generations. There is a lot of history in these walls. We don't use much technology compared to the newer companies, but we get the job done. It’s a place where a handshake still means something. We just take each day as it comes, keeping up with the bills and the orders. It’s a crowded, noisy, but familiar life for us in this part of town.
