H N Hospital is situated on Roy Road, right in the Charni Road East area. It’s a busy part of the city, and Roy Road always has something going on. We’ve been operating out of this location for a long time, and the building reflects that history. It’s a solid, older structure that has seen a lot of patients pass through its doors over the years. Being in Charni Road East means we are right in the heart of things. The hospital isn't one of those fancy new private facilities that looks like a hotel. It’s a real hospital where the floors are well-worn and the focus is on the work being done. We have a lot of regular staff who have been here for years, and they know the rhythm of the place. Some days are loud and crowded, and other days are a bit more manageable. We don’t have a big corporate office telling us what to say; we just speak for ourselves. The way it works every day is we just get through the appointments and make sure the people in the wards are being looked after.
