H. Keluskar Farms Private Limited is located in the Prabhadevi area of Mumbai. We have an office on the 8th floor of the Shree Sati Aasara building, which is part of the Swapna Safalya society. It’s a bit of a trek up there, but it’s where we manage our farming interests. Even though we are in a high-rise in the middle of a busy city like Mumbai, our roots are definitely in the soil. We handle the business side of things from rooms 804 and 805. It’s a professional enough space, but we keep things pretty casual. We aren't interested in the usual corporate atmosphere you see in some other Mumbai offices. We focus on the practicalities of managing farm assets and making sure everything is running smoothly on the ground. There is a lot of coordination involved, from talking to people at the farms to handling the logistics of moving goods. The city can be overwhelming with all its traffic and noise, but inside the office, we just focus on the work at hand. We use our time here to get the paperwork right and stay in touch with our partners. It’s a quiet spot in a loud city where we can think clearly about the next harvest or land management issues. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't; we are just people running a farm business from an urban base.
