H K Bookwala

H K Bookwala is located right in the thick of things at Masjid Bunder West. We are in Building No 90 on Bhaji Pala Lane. If you know the area at all, you know it is always crowded and full of energy. We are right opposite the Hiroo Manufacturing Company, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the entrance. This lane is famous for all sorts of trade, and we have been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. It is a tight space, like most of the shops and offices around here, but it works fine for us. We do not spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us because they are already in the market for something else and see our name. The street is narrow and you have to watch your step with all the handcarts going by all the time. Inside, it is just a regular setup with books and papers and ledger entries. We do not have a fancy reception area. It is just us working at our desks. Living and working in Masjid Bunder means you get used to the hustle very quickly. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It is a very local way of doing things. No corporate polish, just a small business trying to keep up with the daily flow of the lane. We just do our thing here every day.
