Down in Prabhadevi, you’ll find us at 23, Unique Industrial Estate. It’s inside the old Bombay Dyeing Compound. That place has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk through the gates. H. Ishwarlal & Sons has been around for a long time, and we’ve been at this spot for most of it. The name on the sign is a bit faded, but everyone around the compound knows who we are. It’s a family kind of thing, passed down, and you can see that in the way the office is set up. We have old wooden desks that have been here for years. It’s not a modern glass office with fancy lights. It’s an industrial estate, so there is always the sound of work happening in the next unit over. We like being in Prabhadevi, it’s got a good vibe and it’s easy for people to get to us. The Bombay Dyeing Compound is a big place, but once you find Unique Industrial Estate, we are right there at 23. We don't do much in the way of advertising or anything like that. Most of our connections come from people who have known the name for years. It’s just us, H. Ishwarlal & Sons, doing what we’ve always done in this same corner of the city. We keep the doors open and just take things as they come. It is just the way we like it.
