Gwalior Chemicals Industries Limited

Our office is situated in the Fort area, right on the 4th floor of K K Chambers. We are part of the Nav Sahayadri Housing Society building on Sir P T R Road. Even though the name sounds big, we are just a group of people working in a typical Fort office. We deal with chemical supplies and industrial materials. The office is full of old files, desks, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to factories and suppliers across the country. It’s mostly about coordinating shipments and making sure the paperwork is correct for the various chemical grades we handle. Being in Fort, the area is always buzzing with lawyers and bankers. Our building is one of those older structures with a lift that sometimes has a mind of its own. We don't have any fancy lab here or anything; it’s mostly just administrative work. We track the market prices and keep our clients updated on what’s available. It’s a lot of routine, checking ledgers and following up on payments. The view from the window is just other buildings and the busy street below. We’ve been here for quite a while and know the local chai wallahs and the postman well. It’s a straightforward business, and we just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. The work isn't flashy but it’s steady and pays the bills.
