Gurudev Art Jewellers

We started the shop in Goregaon West some years ago. It’s inside the Moti Mahal building, specifically on the 2nd Cross in Nynappa Halli. Getting around Janapriya Layout can be a bit tricky if you aren't used to it, but we are right there. The space isn’t huge, but it fits what we need for the jewelry work. Most days it’s just us sitting at the counter or working on pieces that people brought in. The lighting inside has to be bright so we can see the small details on the rings and necklaces. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy, but once you step into the shop it’s a bit quieter. We spend a lot of time just organizing the displays or cleaning the glass cases. People from the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to ask a question or look at what’s new. We don’t do much fancy stuff here, just the regular art and jewelry work that's been our life for a while now. The 2nd Cross has seen a lot of changes since we first arrived, but Moti Mahal stays pretty much the same. It's a solid place to be. If you walk past the main layout area, you’ll find us eventually. It’s a simple setup with a lot of tools and some jewelry boxes stacked up in the back room where we do the repairs. It is just a regular local spot for anyone nearby.
